Here is a definition of “PRECIOUS”, first as a noun:
“Something of great value; not to be wasted or treated carelessly”.
Here is the definition of “PRECIOUS” as an adjective:
“used as a term of address for a beloved person”
If I asked you to write out your own PRECIOUS list, what would that look like?

- Our children
- Our siblings
- The roles we perform in our occupations
- A vintage car that a person worked on for years
- Certain items of jewelry that may have been passed down over generatioms
- Our closest friends
This list can go on and on and on. So here begs the question: Do any of the derailing food/drink items that you love to eat show up on your “Precious” list? How about a Blizzard from Dairy Queen? My guess is that few-none of us would have any foods/drinks on our lists.

Stay focused on your health-improving efforts…you are Precious!.
