Grilled or Steamed Clams

Fire up the grill and celebrate with this delicious summer spread of succulent clams, burgers, and fresh salads.


Directions:

  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Rinse clams well under cold running water; discard any that are broken or open.
  2. Place clams directly on grill; close cover. Cook, 5-7 min, until clams open.
  3. Remove clams from grill with tongs; discard any clams that do not open. Serve immediately.
  4. Chef Tip: Serve clams with any melted Wegmans Finishing Butter or Butter Boy French Butter.
