Are you able to answer these questions with speed and great accuracy?
- What is you fasting blood sugar?
- What is your Vitamin D level?
- What is your total cholesterol/HDL ratio?
- What is your blood pressure and pulse?
- What is your weight?
- What is your percentage body fat?
If you can rattle off these answers then you have been in to see your primary doctor recently and coming in to our office for your free body scans. If you are trying to answer these questions sounding like Jackie Gleason from the old Honeymooners television show (stammering and searching for answers), then you have not been to your doctor and have not been coming in to see us.
I am also one of those people that do NOT like visiting doctors. What’s fun about being poked, prodded, stuck with needles paying $$$ and possibly hearing about stuff that is not so great about your health? The only thing less attractive than this is going to the dentist.
However, especially with Covid-19 still raging and more waves on the way, it is now more important than ever to “know” what is going on inside your body. The “outside” is readily apparent but the overall health of your “systems” need to be assessed by objective lab testing, examinations, etc.
You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to obtain as best health as possible and also maintain that good health. This starts by knowing what is going on now and what steps you may need to achieve the optimal health status. If you have not been to your doctor in awhile set up an appointment and if you haven’t had a body scan in awhile, come in to visit us for the free composition analysis.

I’m now tracking my blood sugar and following a low carb diet. Weight is down to 180 as a result.
